THE POSTER CLUB is a Copenhagen-based online store offering an unique curated selection of high quality posters and art prints from both upcoming and established artists. STRØM helped launch the brand back in 2014, and has since designed, redesigned, developed and marketed in close collaboration, with over 40% YoY growth – every year.
As The Poster Club was launching their own exclusive series of commissioned art prints to meet the increasing worldwide demand for their products, while also continuously adding new product categories such as frames their offering, the e-commerce site needed a more scalable and contemporary design with the highest standards for conversion based UX.
We redesigned an on-brand ecommerce store through a combination of a utilitarian layout, beautiful typography, large images and subtle animations.
We refactored a new and intuitive checkout flow and easy shipping options for worldwide orders, as well as added easy currency options to accommodate the need to service more and more international customers.
With the latest iteration, we combined our insights in eCommerce technologies and bespoke shopping experiences, leading to a major boost in visitors and conversion rates
The successful launch of The Poster Club Collection and frames resulted in an immediate doubling of revenue generated within the first month. This without weakening the 40% annual growth in orders, with steady growth since.
